IGBC Green Homes® Rating System is a voluntary and consensus based programme. The objective of IGBC Green Homes® is to facilitate the effective use of site resources, water conservation, energy efficiency, handling of house-hold waste, optimum material utilisation and design for healthy, comfortable & environmentally friendly homes.

The rating system evaluates certain mandatory requirements & credit points using a prescriptive approach and others on a performance-based approach. The rating system is evolved so as to be comprehensive and at the same time user-friendly. The programme is fundamentally designed to address national priorities and the quality of life for occupants.

The rating programme uses well accepted National standards and wherever local or National standards are not available, appropriate international benchmarks have been considered

IGBC Green Homes ® Certification

IGBC Green Homes is the first rating programme developed in India, exclusively for the residential sector. It is based on accepted energy and environmental principles and strikes a balance between known established practices and emerging concepts. The system is designed to be comprehensive in scope, yet simple in operation.

Green homes can have tremendous benefits, both tangible and intangible. The most tangible benefits are the reduction in water and energy consumption right from day one of occupancy. The energy savings could range from 20 – 30 % and water savings around 30 – 50%. Intangible benefits of green homes include enhanced air quality, excellent daylighting, health & wellbeing of the occupants, lower energy bills and conservation of scarce national resources

Five AGUADA

Mount Mary Church

A Castle for the Queen

At the tip of the queen of the suburbs, Bandra, lies a fortified structure called Castella de Aguada. This once
upon a time, welcomed travellers and protected the landfrom danger.

Inspired by this historic monument, today once again a towering structure overlooking the Arabian sea, arises. We call it Five Aguada.

Prime Connectivity

Located in one of the most connected neighbourhoods in the city, Five Aguada offers a quick connection no matter where you’re headed. South Mumbai is just a short drive away via the Rajiv Gandhi Bandra-Worli Sea Link, while the flyovers along the Bandra Reclamation area also provide easy access to the Western and Eastern Express Highways, the quickest routes to the northern suburbs. And when you need to fly, Mumbai’s domestic and international airports are easily accessible.

Every Need Within Reach

Living at Five Aguada, you never have to travel far for anything. Bandra and its neighbouring areas have some of Mumbai’s best schools and colleges, hospitals, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping areas, its own business district and much more.

Pali Hill Golf Club

At Murmuration Architectural Collective, every project is a reflection of its unique essence, and our approach to designing Five Aguada embodies this bespoke philosophy. With its extraordinary location in Bandra, Mumbai, this development demanded a vision that seamlessly merges the vibrancy of the city with the tranquility of the sea.

This project exemplifies our belief in a bespoke, human-centric approach to design – creating spaces that not only respond to their environment but also elevates the living experience for those who inhabit them.

Taking inspiration from nature, we abstracted the organic fluidity of waves and ripples, weaving their rhythm into the facade. This concept not only adds a dynamic visual language but also lends the building an iconic and sculptural presence.
As one of the tallest buildings in the vicinity, this skyscraper stands with pride. Each apartment showcases spectacular vistas of the Arabian Sea, complemented by the freedom to personalize the space to suit your individual preferences.
The design approach is firmly rooted in context. Bandra’s unique charm as a blend of heritage and modernity shaped our vision for a structure that resonates with its surroundings.
Brighter Homes
Scientific analysis has helped us create homes that have high LUX by identifying key factors like right window sizes and shading solutions that allow more sunlight inside the house and provide good quality glare-free light throughout the day. LUX is the measure of the intensity of light within a place, as perceived by the human eye.

Welcome to Five Aguada, where the sea meets the city, and opulence knows no bounds.

The architecture reflects a sense of understated elegance
and unparalleled flexibility, making it a masterpiece of modern design. Inspired by the organic forms of waves and ripples, the facade is an artistic abstraction that sets Five Aguada apart as an iconic landmark. This dynamic interplay of shapes is further accentuated by the thoughtful use of materials, striking a harmonious balance between sleek modernity and warm sophistication. Here, every detail is meticulously crafted to provide an extraordinary living experience, elevating the standards of luxury to new heights.

The Camp

Pune Cantonment, also known as Camp, is a military cantonment located in the city of Pune, India. It was established in 1817 for accommodating troops of the British Army. A central belt of about 130 acres had to be kept open for military use – for training drills, parades and sports. The rest of the area around this open, barren space was used to set up barracks for troops, both European and native, and for messes, stores, armouries, hospitals and other such structures.

The limit of the cantonment was extended in 1822. In 1963, Ghorpuri Village (Ghorpadi), Fatima Nagar and Mundhwa village were merged into cantonment area.
